Bergamot, Ylang Ylang and Grapefruit create a fresh, uplifting and mood-enhancing blend, combining bright citrus notes with a soft, floral aroma.

Bergamot – Fresh and citrusy, promotes a positive mood.
Ylang Ylang – Sweet and floral, promotes calmness and emotional balance.
Grapefruit – Refreshing and vibrant, promotes energy, encourages alertness.
This blend is ideal for offices or during studying as it promotes mental alertness, and concentration.
Can be used in a diffuser (using 3 to 5 drops or diluted in a carrier oil (see our list of carrier oils available) at 2 to 3%
