Deep Sleep is a calming diffuser blend of pure Roman Chamomile, Sage, and Bergamot essential oils, carefully crafted to create a peaceful bedtime atmosphere. Gentle Roman Chamomile encourages relaxation, Sage provides a soothing herbal note, and Bergamot adds a soft citrus touch to help you unwind before sleep.

Method of use:
Add 6 - 10 drops, (Depending on the room size) to your diffuser. If you are using an oil burner make sure the bowl is filled with water and then add the essential oils, adding more water as it dries.
For atopic use on children under 11 years blend in a carrier oil at 1%.
CAUTION: DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY ON THE SKIN. MIX AT 2-3% WITH A CARRIER OIL FOR ATOPIC USE. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
