Reduce Stress combines the bright, uplifting aroma of Marjoram and Bergamot with the soothing, herbal notes of Roman Chamomile and the gentle floral aroma of Lavender. Together, these essential oils create an uplifting blend that helps promote a sense of calm, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.

Caution: Not to be used directly on the skin. To use topically this blend of essential oils must be diluted at 2-3% with a carrier oil or used in a warm bath. For children this blend should be diluted at 1% with a carrier oil to be used directly on the skin.
Method of use:
Add 6 - 10 drops, (Depending on the room size) to your diffuser. If you are using an oil burner make sure the bowl is filled with water and then add the essential oils, adding more water as it dries.
Can be used in the bath; 6drops
On the pillow: 2 drops
