Caution: Not to be used directly on the skin. To use topically this blend of essential oils must be diluted at 2-3% with a carrier oil or used in a warm bath for adults and at 1% for children under 11 years.
Method of use:
Add 6 - 10 drops, (Depending on the room size) to your diffuser. If you are using an oil burner make sure the bowl is filled with water and then add the essential oils, adding more water as it dries.
Can also be used as a bath oil: add 6 drops to a warm bath.
2 drops on your pillow for insomnia caused by anxiety.
