Put a few drops on a tissue for quick relief, use in an oil burner or a diffuser. You may also add a few drops to a bath, apply on the wrists, neck, soles of feet and palms of hands. For sensitive skin it is advisable to dilute this product with one of our organic base oils at 3-5%.
