How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are delivered during weekdays, normally after 6 pm, and within three to five days, apart from public holidays.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, internal shipping is presently unavailable.

What is your return policy? 

You have the right to check your item/items on delivery. The delivery person will contact us immediately. If the item is broken or you got the wrong item, a next-day delivery is offered if it is in stock. There is also a one-week cooling-down period on unopened products.

Yes, we can offer larger bottles on request if this is not already stated for a specific product.

Yes we offer 1 litre face and body oils and other organic skincare to salons and professionals for salon use. We also provide salons retail products for re-sale.
